Create Login User

Create or update secure website login accounts for linemen, crew leads, and administrators. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes; the temporary password should be changed according to department policy.

Important: this page must be opened through the secure Node/Express website after logging in as an admin. It cannot create users when opened directly as a file or static-only preview.
